ActyColl collagen fleece is moisture stable and promotes hemostasis
in sites of high bleeding due to its porous structure.
Contributes to the formation of a stable clot and the consequent
formation of fibrin bridges, thus improving the healing of
the wound. Unlike the membrane, the less compact and more
porous structure of felt accelerates its resorption times.
